Edna Rivera ("Rivera") brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Health and Human Services ("Commissioner")1 denying her application2 for Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act ("Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq.
