Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of rape in the first and third degrees, sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. We conclude that the jury verdict is not contrary to the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490, 495) and that the sentence is not unduly harsh or severe.
