The appellants in this chancery case purchased from the appellee, First National Bank in Stuttgart, ten acres of land on which were located a store, a house, various outbuildings, and a large grain storage facility. After occupying the property for several months the appellants learned that the appellee, Troy Mitchell, claimed to be the owner of the grain storage facility and that he had a lease to keep the facility on the appellants' land.
