SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

Fourteen-year-old Marc Huitt was seriously injured when he fell from a balcony at his school. Huitt's parents sued the school and several students who had allegedly encouraged Huitt to climb up on the balcony and to jump from it into the school swimming pool.
