MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case comes before the court on an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court dismissing Appellants' adversary complaint against Debtors for insufficient service of process. The court, having reviewed both the briefing of the parties and the record on appeal, is now prepared to rule. The decision of the bankruptcy court is affirmed.
