O'NEILL, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of possession of a controlled substance. Finding the two enhancement paragraphs to be true, the jury assessed appellant's punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of 25 years. Appellant brings three points of error in which he claims: (1) the trial court improperly denied his motion to suppress evidence; and (2) the evidence is insufficient...
