Carl Bickham appeals his conviction following a jury trial of three counts of assault in the first degree, § 565.050, RSMo 1994, and three counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1994. Mr. Bickham was sentenced to a total of forty-four years imprisonment.
