Putnam County School Board and Gallagher Bassett Services appeal an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims ("JCC") adjusting the claimant's average weekly wage ("AWW") to include her concurrent earnings from her son's dry cleaning business. Because the JCC ordered an adjustment in the claimant's AWW contrary to controlling precedent of this court holding that earnings from employment that do not fall within the definition of "employment" provided...
