Plaintiff asserts claims for violation of its constitutional right to due process under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, conversion, and punitive damages. Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint on grounds that this court lacks jurisdiction over them, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), that venue is improper, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3), and that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted...
