In Dunlavey v. Economy Fire & Casualty Co., 526 N.W.2d 845 (Iowa 1995), we recognized for the first time a workers' compensation claim under Iowa Code chapter 85 (1993) for a "mental/mental" injury, i.e., a mental injury without an accompanying physical injury.
