YOUNG, Justice.

Defendant pleaded guilty of first-degree retail fraud, M.C.L. § 750.356c; M.S.A. § 28.588(3), and of being a second-offense habitual offender, M.C.L. § 769.10; M.S.A. § 28.1082. He was sentenced to eighteen to thirty-six months of imprisonment and now appeals as of right. We affirm.
