A jury found both Patrick Sevy and his father, Ralph Sevy, liable for damages in an action brought by Michael and Debi Casey following a collision between Patrick's truck and Michael's motorcycle. Ralph Sevy moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or, in the alternative, for a new trial. When the district court denied Ralph's motions, Ralph brought this appeal.
