Ida Stroud (Stroud), as trustee for the heirs of Geneva Stroud, commenced this medical malpractice action against Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) and Hennepin Faculty Associates (HFA) as a result of their alleged failure to timely diagnose and treat a subarachnoid hemorrhage1 suffered by Geneva Stroud. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of HCMC and HFA and dismissed Stroud's lawsuit...
