Jesus Loera appeals his convictions from jury verdicts for first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an occupied vehicle, tampering with evidence, and conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence. The convictions arose from an incident during which Loera, at the age of seventeen, shot numerous times into a moving vehicle occupied by several individuals, killing one of them. As a result...
