James F. Alexander ("Alexander") appeals from the grant of summary judgment entered in favor of William R. and Delores J. Dowell1 ("the Dowells") and Alan J. and Nancy A. Willig ("the Willigs") on Alexander's complaint for specific performance of a real estate purchase agreement.
