This case involves personal injury, wrongful death, and gross negligence claims rising from a car crash. Individually and for her husband's estate, Idalia Villarreal and 12 other plaintiffs, including six minors, sued Ronnie Bleeker, State Farm County Mutual Insurance Co., and State Farm Fire and Casualty Co.
