STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Dawn Marie Robinson sued the owners and operators of Yousuf's Chevron gas station for damages arising out of injuries she sustained as a victim of a drive-by shooting at or near the station. Defendants answered and filed a motion for summary judgment1, which the trial court granted on 23 February 1995. From that judgment, Robinson appeals. We affirm.
