Defendant Applied Systems, Inc. has moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's copyright infringement and Lanham Act causes of actions and for partial summary judgment against plaintiff's trade secret misappropriation cause of action.
