The State of Texas sued Olan R. Farris and Dorthea Farris (collectively referred to as the Farrises) for reimbursement under § 552.013 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. After a jury trial, the court entered judgment upon the verdict and decreed that the State take nothing against them. The State appealed, alleging three points of error.
