OPINION

HUTSON-DUNN, Justice.

This is a breach of contract case. The plaintiff appeals and asserts in two points of error the trial court erred in refusing to award attorney's fees. The defendant also appeals and asserts in one point of error the trial court erred in submitting a damage issue to the jury because the plaintiff did not present any evidence to raise the issue. We affirm the portion of the judgment that awards damages derived from the issue...
