PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who prevailed in their Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA") action, move the Court to award prejudgment interest, attorney's fees, and court costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (1994).
