(1) Gertrude Chicharello appeals from a district court judgment affirming the denial of unemployment benefits by the Employment Security Division of the New Mexico Department of Labor ("the Division"). The court found that the decision of a divided Board of Review, which disqualified Chicharello for unemployment benefits on grounds of work-related misconduct, was supported by substantial evidence.
