BROWN, Judge.

A jury found defendant, James Daniel Tolbird, guilty of second degree murder. The trial court imposed the mandatory sentence of life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. On appeal, defendant urges insufficiency of the evidence and error in the trial court's failure to excuse a juror who was allegedly related to the victim. Finding no merit to either assignment of error...
