COBB, Judge.
The appellant in this case, Andre Dwight Turner, was convicted of two counts of murder made capital because the murders were committed during the course of burglary. The trial court, following the jury's recommendation, sentenced the appellant to life imprisonment without parole. He raises four issues for review by this court.
