CARTER, Justice.

In this original certiorari action, plaintiff, Jill Rolek, challenges the finding of the district court that she was in contempt for violating the "spirit and word" of a court order. The court order in question had been issued by a judge other than the one who made the finding of contempt. After reviewing the record and considering the arguments presented, we agree with Jill's claim that the evidence fails to show that she violated the order in question...
