This is an appeal by the plaintiffs in a wrongful death and survival action involving a vehicle-pedestrian collision. The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment, following a bench trial, which found one of the defendants not liable. The plaintiffs' only argument on appeal is that the trial court's decision was clearly wrong or manifestly erroneous as a matter of fact.
