Charles N. Havins, Vera Ann Havins, and Charles B. Havins appeal from a final judgment in favor of First National Bank of Paducah, Texas (FNB). In ten points of error, they ask whether the court erred in granting the bank a deficiency judgment, in rescinding a transfer of realty among family members as a fraudulent conveyance, and in ordering foreclosure upon the aforementioned realty.
