Plaintiff, Agnes Livings, appeals a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of her employer, Langston Companies, Inc.-Continental Bag Division and its insurer, Cigna Insurance Co., which denied her supplemental earnings benefits. The hearing officer terminated temporary total disability benefits and concluded that, because the claimant refused a reasonable offer of employment, she was not entitled to supplemental earnings benefits...
