Helen Webber appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Brodrick, J.) granting a summary judgment in favor of the Colquhouns in their quiet title action, and from the judgments entered after a jury-waived trial (Lincoln County, Brennan, J.) in favor of the Colquhouns on the remaining counts of their complaint seeking declaratory relief, damages for trespass, and slander of title.
