The Board on Professional Responsibility ("the Board") has recommended that respondent, a member of our bar, be suspended from the practice of law for six months, and that she be required to demonstrate her fitness to practice before being reinstated. While this case was pending, the Board filed a motion with the court seeking respondent's temporary suspension under Rule XI, § 3(c) of this court's Rules Governing the Bar.
