The question presented in this appeal is whether Appellee/vehicle owner violated section 1574(a) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1574(a), and, thus, may be held jointly and severally liable, pursuant to section 1574(b),1 for damages in the Appellant's negligence action.2 For the reasons which follow, we reverse the order of the Superior Court, which...
