I. STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On January 9, 1995, defendant Huey Randolph was charged by a bill of information with possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 and possession of phencyclidine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966. Defendant initially pled not guilty and filed a motion to suppress. After a hearing the trial court denied the motion to suppress. Defendant sought writs to this court, which were denied.
