PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Curtis WINANS, Defendant-Appellee.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and we REINSTATE the sentence imposed by the trial court. The sentence of 20 to 30 years imposed by the trial court on this third felony offender was not disproportionate.
