This case arises from an action of the Dallas County Grand Jury indicting appellant for the state jail felony offense of delivery of cocaine in an amount of less than one gram. See Tex.Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.112 (Vernon Supp.1995). The indictment also contained two enhancement paragraphs, each alleging a prior felony conviction.
