These appeals arise from two convictions of sexual assault. A negotiated plea bargain was entered before the trial court in both causes. Raymond Scott Hinkle ("appellant") was found guilty of the offense charged in the indictments in both cases and punishment was assessed in each case at fifteen years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections with both sentences to run concurrently.
