This is a legal malpractice action. Ross and Ramona Ball are the parents of Jeremy, who was born prematurely at Doctors Hospital in Little Rock on December 16, 1989, and was given the drug Theophylline. On December 29, 1989, he began to have unusual symptoms. Now he is partially blind, mentally retarded, and has cerebral palsy.
