This case came before us on the petition for certiorari of the defendant, the Department of Employment and Training (DET) Board of Review. The District Court below reversed the decision of the board of review (the board) regarding the plaintiff's unemployment benefits. The board had affirmed the DET's decision which disqualified the plaintiff from receiving unemployment benefits...
