Sharon Perry brought a legal malpractice action against Ossick, the attorney who represented her in a divorce action. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Ossick, and Perry appeals.

Ms. Perry claims Ossick failed to adequately advise her about the risks associated with a portion of the settlement agreement in the divorce action providing that Mr. Perry pay her $185,000 by giving her a note in that amount designated as a property...
