YATES, Justice.

Vincent A. Brown (Brown) appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) in favor of the Bank of Galveston, National Association (the Bank). In five points of error, Brown alleges the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion for judgment on the verdict; (2) granting the Bank's motion for JNOV; (3) upholding the validity of the Bank's foreclosure sale; and (4) finding the Bank not liable under the Texas Deceptive Trade...
