Petitioner was found guilty of armed bank robbery by a jury. This court sentenced him to serve 97 months and to pay restitution in the amount of $144,933.00. He is currently serving the sentence of confinement. He appealed to the First Circuit, which rejected the argument that the Petitioner's counsel was ineffective.
