In this appeal we must decide whether Appellants have standing to assert a cause of action against Appellee insurance companies for an alleged violation of the Uniform Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL) and negligent misrepresentation. Finding that Appellants are not "aggrieved persons" and thus lack standing, we affirm the trial court's order which sustained Appellees' preliminary objections and dismissed Appellants' bilateral class...
