OPINION

VANCE, Justice.

A jury convicted Ruben DeLeon of aggravated assault on a peace officer. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.02 (Vernon 1994). The jury found that he used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense and assessed punishment at seventy-five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He appeals on three points. His first point asserts that the evidence is legally insufficient to convict him of aggravated assault....
