Eric Eblin was charged in three separate cases involving burglaries of dwellings. This appeal only concerns his sentence in one of the cases, No. 95-49-F, in which he was charged with first degree burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon. Eblin correctly contends that the court erred in scoring two crimes for which he received habitual offender sentences as additional offenses on the guidelines scoresheet for the armed burglary charge...
