Plaintiff appeals as of right an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition of his complaint for defendants.1 The present case arose out of a burn injury suffered by plaintiff at the Livonia Career Center, a vocational training center within the Livonia Public School system, while he was retraining to be a welder.
