Plaintiff (Heck) has been a dealer in agricultural implements by agreement with the defendant supplier (Deere) since 1982. The current agreement was signed in 1985. It covers Holt County, Missouri, as well as the Southern portion of Atchison County and the Western portion of Andrew County. Other Deere dealers from outside the territory (the AOR) also sell in Heck's territory, which contains rich Missouri...
