WATKINS, Judge.

Defendant, Ray Robertson, was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 A(1). He pled not guilty; after a jury trial, he was found guilty as charged. Subsequently, defendant was adjudicated a fourth felony habitual offender and sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor, with credit for time served.
