In this case we decide whether Derrick A. Strowenjans may appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence after filing only a general notice of appeal. The State claims this Court does not have jurisdiction to consider the matter because appellant received deferred adjudication. We conclude otherwise.
