MORRIS, Justice.

In this case we decide whether Derrick A. Strowenjans may appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence after filing only a general notice of appeal. The State claims this Court does not have jurisdiction to consider the matter because appellant received deferred adjudication. We conclude otherwise. We assert jurisdiction to consider appellant's complaint that the trial court erred when it overruled his motion...
