Ronald Lee Meyers was injured while employed at Holiday Express Corporation, a trucking firm. He was awarded workers' compensation benefits, but he appealed on the ground that the district court erred in affirming an award by the industrial commissioner without properly computing additional penalty and interest provided by statute.
