Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of three counts of rape in the first degree, one count of sexual abuse in the first degree and one count of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree. Defendant was sentenced to 8 1/3 to 25 years in prison for each rape conviction and 2 1/3 to 7 years for the conviction of sexual abuse, these sentences to run consecutively to one another and concurrently...
