HOLMAN, Justice.

In two counts, the indictment alleges that Bradley Keith Judd murdered his wife, Melissa, by choking her with his hand. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02(b)(1), (2) (Vernon 1994). The jury found Judd guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment. On appeal, Bradley contends that his constitutional right to confront witnesses was denied and that the court should not have asked the jury to find whether he had used a deadly...
